Experimenting with Black and White

I’ve said it before and I will say it again, black and white photography is without a doubt my favorite kind of photography. There is just a timelessness about the style and, for me, it always evokes emotion and thought. As I prepare for another trip to Haiti this December, I have been wanting to practice my black and white photography. I have been drawing inspiration from the greats like Adams and Salgado, I love the way they use contrast in their work.
