Goodbye 2014

So, here it is, my last post of the year – and what a year it has been. There have been a lot of downs, but so many more ups this year. There were times when I felt like I was doing nothing – I was feeling a bit unaccomplished, but this blog has really helped me see all I have accomplished this year.

This year I started a blog (actually two blogs – check out diaryofavagabond.com). I graduated from college this June with my bachelors. I started graduate school. I read 30 books. I traveled to Portland and the coast and Washington. I went to NYC – and saw three Broadway plays. I sponsored two children, I adopted a soldier and I continued my work with Special Olympics. I traveled. I went to Guatemala and in less than 24 hours I head to Haiti. This has been an amazingly fantastic year – full of so many opportunities and so many adventures. I am excited to see what the future holds for me.

I wish everyone a happy holiday and splendid New Years. See you all next year!
